The further away you are from us in Alberta, and the bigger the order, the more likely we will need to reach out to you to cover the fuel surcharge before we can ship your order.

For example, the fuel surcharge for a box of five bundles to Ontario or Nova Scotia in January of 2024 was about $8 plus tax. The fuel surcharge for a box of 12 bundles to Ontario or Nova Scotia in January of 2024 was about $14 plus tax.

The card is 8" by 8 1/2". a bundle of 500 is about 2 inches in height. Above you see the front of the card. To see the reverse side just click on the above image and it will show you the private score part of the card.
