The minimum order is three bundles.

These forms are 3.6" by 8 1/2". a bundle of 500 is about 2 inches in height. They are basically the private score part of the convention card. If your players do not make use of the convention cards you can save your club expenses by providing these for the players to record their scores each round and you will have something to check with if needed when you are scoring up.

Please note: These forms are listed in bundles of 500. If you want 2000 make sure you order 4 of them or if you order 12 you will receive 6,000.

When you order the website will give you the discounts based on the quantity ordered.
